- Custom-cut, custom-length, and pre-finished products are Final Sale.
- Thermally modified wood requires stainless-steel (304/316) trim-head fasteners. Galvanized or composite fasteners are not compatible.
- Cladding is sold by square footage (SF); trims, corners, and accessories are sold by linear foot (LF); deck tile connectors by piece.
- Heavy lumber ships via LTL freight (curbside-only); inspect on delivery and note damage on the BOL.
