    Refund Policy

    Returns

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Material Variation & Finish Notice

    Wood is a natural material and variations in grain, color, tone, texture, and appearance are expected. Approved samples, photos, and product images are provided for general reference only. Due to the natural characteristics of wood, finishing variables, batch differences, lighting conditions, and installation environment, exact matches between samples and delivered materials cannot be guaranteed.

    Natural wood may change in appearance over time due to light exposure, UV, moisture, oxidation, environmental conditions, and normal aging. Interior applications may also experience color changes from natural or artificial light exposure. When left untreated in exterior applications, natural wood will typically weather to a silver-gray patina over time. These variations and natural changes are not considered defects.

    Final Sale Items

    All orders containing customizations or custom requests, including specific dimensions, custom color, custom-cut lumber, and all pre-finished, stained, painted, or otherwise custom-finished materials, are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Restocking Fees: Returned orders originally delivered through freight shipping are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.
    • Parcel Shipping: Orders delivered through standard parcel shipping are subject to a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.

    Cancelled Orders

    Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If you cancel an order that has already entered production or includes custom dimensions and specifications, it will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee in addition to standard restocking fees outlined above. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and you will need to follow the return instructions above.

    Refused Shipments

    If a delivery is refused without prior written notice, the customer is responsible for 100% of the original and return shipping costs, plus a $25 restocking fee per box, which will be deducted from the refund.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@ilumber.shop.

    Sale Items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.

    Shipping for Returns

    To return your order, please submit a request using our online portal at: https://ilumber.shop/support/refund-request.

    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your total.
